If NBA junkies thought that they would have a nice casual night watching the All-Star Game with no other outside drama, they were wrong.  For anyone who was following twitter during the game, trade rumors took over the night, and it all began with these tweets from the The Vertical’s Adrian Wojnarowski…

Seemingly every trade deadline features Demarcus Cousins trade rumors but this was somewhat surprising given that just a few weeks ago, the Kings had assured Cousins would not be traded…

The Wojnarowski tweets sparked a night of speculation as many just couldn’t believe the Kings would go through with trading Cousins, even as more details started trickling in about potential trades…

Even Cousins’ agent was apparently dumbfounded…

But then…
